Ok, so these guys are starting to pop everywhere in Brisbane!

I was first introduced to an 'Acai Bowl' on New Years Day a few years ago. Yes, yes ... I hear some of you asking why wasn't I eating some sort of fatty hangover food dripping with oil from the night before bender . . . this must have been one of the years I was trying to be good or something... ha!

The closest one to me is Kenmore. Its perfect! Its half way between me and my other beautiful foodie friends and a good excuse to get out of the city.

This Raw Squeeze has the biggest and most oversized wooden chairs out the front of the café which I love. In winter I bask in the sun while scooping through the delectable fruity goodness. Summer is great too, icy coolness on a hot afternoon.

Acai isn't the only thing these guys specialize in - everything is and can be Vegan, Gluten, Vegetarian and Dairy free. Yes! A coffee shop where the sweet treats sitting on the counter are actually good for you.

The Kenmore café is open from super early till 10pm but would you believe his brother "Charlies Fruit Market" Everton Park is 7 days a week 24 HOURS !
